Legal · Terms of ServiceLast updated: 13 October 2026. Version 1.0.

The rules, in plain words.

What you can expect from The PM Code, and what we expect from you.

01

Who we are

The PM Code (thepmcode.com) is run by Anmoll Wadhwa, sole proprietor, trading as The Wadhwa Ventures (The PM Code). There is no company behind it. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Anmoll Wadhwa in that capacity.

GSTIN: 07AEHPW4728A1ZH.

Email: [email protected]. This is the only contact channel, and it reaches Anmoll directly.

02

Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older. When you create an account we ask you to confirm it. If you are under 18, please do not create an account.

One account per person. Do not share your account or sign in as someone else.

03

What the site offers

Free with an account: the Assessment, Practice, Read, Resume check, Jobs, the Tracker and cover letters, each with the limits shown on its page. Some of these, like Resume check, also work without an account.

Pro: a monthly paid plan. The Pricing page lists what Pro includes today. Anything under "On the roadmap" is not part of Pro until it moves onto the Pro card.

Outbid: a public board where makers pay to place a product they built. Other members can upvote and critique it. Outbid has its own rules (the Community Guidelines and Outbid Rules page), and they form part of these terms.

We may change, pause or remove a feature. If a change takes away something you paid for, the Refund and Cancellation Policy says what happens.

04

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a single-use link we email to you. There is no password. Keep your email account safe, because anyone who controls it can sign in as you.

You can see every device signed in to your account under Settings and sign any of them out.

05

Your content

What you put into the site stays yours. That covers your resume text, Assessment and practice answers, tracker entries, cover letters, Outbid listings and critiques.

Private content stays private. We use it only to run the features you use, and we do not publish it, sell it or train any model on it.

Public content needs a licence. When you post an Outbid listing or a critique, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display and format it on the site, so that other people can read it. The licence lasts while the content is on the site, plus the 180 days we must keep removed content under Indian law (section 8). It ends after that. We never sell your content or grant the licence to anyone else.

You promise that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not break section 6.

We never edit your listing or critique text. We either leave it up or take it down.

06

What you must not do

Do not host, display, upload, publish, share or store anything on the site that:

  1. belongs to another person and that you have no right to use;
  2. is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, invades someone's privacy (including bodily privacy), insults or harasses anyone on the basis of gender, is racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to or encourages money laundering or gambling, or promotes enmity between groups on grounds of religion or caste with intent to incite violence;
  3. is harmful to a child;
  4. infringes a patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  5. misleads people about where a message came from, or knowingly spreads information that is false or misleading and may reasonably be taken as fact;
  6. impersonates another person;
  7. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states or public order, incites a cognisable offence, prevents the investigation of an offence, or insults another nation;
  8. contains a virus or any code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit a computer resource;
  9. is an online game that has not been verified as a permissible online game;
  10. advertises or promotes such a game, or a platform that offers one;
  11. breaks any law in force.

You also must not:

  • scrape the site, run automated requests against it, or build a copy of its data;
  • get around a limit, for example the daily Resume check cap, by opening extra accounts or any other means;
  • probe, attack or overload the site;
  • use the site to send spam or collect other members' details.
07

Removal, suspension and ending your access

If you break these terms, the Outbid Rules or the Privacy Policy, we may remove the content, stop you posting, suspend your account or end your access. We may do this at once. Where we can, we tell you by email which rule the content broke and how to reply.

If content you post breaks the law, you, not us, may be liable to a penalty or punishment under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or another law.

If the content involves an offence that the law requires to be reported (for example under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012), we will report it to the right authority.

You can stop using the site whenever you like. Settings, Delete everything removes your account; the Privacy Policy says what that removes and the little we must keep.

Notice we send at least every three months

Indian rules require us to remind every user of these three points at least once every three months:

If you do not follow our Terms of Service, Outbid Rules or Privacy Policy, we can suspend or end your access at once, remove what you posted, or both. If what you post breaks the law, you may be liable to a penalty or punishment under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or another law. If it involves an offence that must be reported by law, we will report it to the right authority.

08

Opinions, not guarantees

The Assessment, your "PM type", your level, Resume check verdicts, job matches and cover letters are opinions. Software produces them from what you give it, and they can be wrong.

None of them is a professional certification or a qualification. None is endorsed by any employer, and none predicts whether you will get an interview, an offer or a salary.

Nothing on the site is career counselling, legal, financial or tax advice. The Disclaimer page says more.

Text written by an AI model can be wrong or can repeat common phrasing. Check a cover letter or verdict before you rely on it. As far as any rights exist in that output, it is yours to use.

10

Payments

Dodo Payments sells Pro and Outbid placements to you as reseller and merchant of record. Your payment, receipt and any refund go through Dodo. [Wording to be agreed with Dodo.]

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. The Refund and Cancellation Policy covers billing, cancelling, refunds and price changes, and forms part of these terms.

11

Our content

The writing, design and code of this site belong to us. You may read it, quote a short part with a link, and share links to it. You may not republish a whole piece or pass it off as your own. Tools we publish on GitHub carry the licence stated in their own repository.

12

The service as it is

We run the site with care, but we provide it as it is and as available. It can be down, slow or wrong. Free features run on daily limits and can stop answering for the rest of a day.

13

Limits on our liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as a lost job opportunity, lost income or lost data you did not keep a copy of.

Our total liability to you for anything to do with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

14

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date and version at the top. If a change matters to you, for example it affects what you pay or what we may do with your content, we email you before it takes effect. Price changes follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy: at least 30 days' notice.

Once a year, we also email every account a link to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Outbid Rules, with any changes.

15

Complaints and disputes

Complaints go to our Grievance Officer. The Grievance Redressal page gives the name, the email, the timelines and how to appeal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
