The PM Code gives career information for people who do product work. It is not career counselling. It is not legal, financial or tax advice either. Before you make a decision that matters, such as taking an offer, negotiating a salary or signing a contract, check with someone qualified who knows your situation.
Results are opinions
Your Assessment result, your PM type and your level come from twelve answers. They are an opinion about how you reasoned on those questions on that day.
They are not a professional certification. No employer endorses them, and they do not predict whether you will be hired. The roles we suggest are suggestions, not a list of what you qualify for.
Resume check verdicts and job matches are also opinions, produced by software. An employer's own screening system may read your resume differently.
Text written by AI
Cover letters, resume verdicts, Read summaries and some practice feedback are written or helped by AI models. They can be wrong, can miss context, and can sound like other text. Read everything before you send or rely on it. Read summaries carry a "Summary by AI" label.
Job listings
Job listings belong to the employers who posted them, or to Adzuna, which supplies some of them ("Jobs by Adzuna"). We show the facts and the listed requirements and link to the employer's page for the full description. We do not check that a role is real, still open, or described accurately, and we are not part of any hiring decision. Apply on the employer's site.

Company names
Company names shown on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to say which company posted a role or made a product. Showing a name does not mean that company endorses us or works with us. We do not show employer logos. The only logo on job listings is Adzuna's, which its terms require on the listings it supplies.

Links take you to sites we do not control, under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement.
Outbid
Outbid listings and critiques are written by members, not by us. We do not check product claims. Paid placement means a maker paid for the position, not that we recommend the product.
