Cisco is seeking a Product Manager to join the Webex Customer Experience Solutions team. This role sets a clear product direction, turns customer and market evidence into an outcome-led roadmap, and leads delivery with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and operations partners. The successful candidate will operate with high autonomy, make deliberate tradeoffs across customer value, quality, speed, and business impact, and communicate those decisions clearly to senior leaders and delivery teams.
